Frank Gambino began his career in the financial services industry in 1990 as a Credit Analyst. In 1993, he joined Johnson Asset Management as an Equity Analyst and Portfolio Manager for institutional and high-net-worth equity portfolios. He joined HGMR Investment Management in 2000 and is a founding partner of Isthmus Partners, LLC. Frank’s primary responsibilities include managing the firm’s Small and Large Cap Core Equity strategies, leading the firm’s domestic equity research process, conducting equity research and managing client portfolios. Frank also leads the firm’s institutional business development, co-chairs the firm’s Equity Investment Committee and is a member of the firm’s Senior Leadership Committee. Frank earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment and Banking and Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s degree in business administration in Accounting and Analytic Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Madison.
