Senior Client Service Associate

Isthmus Partners LLC is seeking a candidate for the position of Senior Client Service Associate. This individual will report to the Director of Client Service and sit on the Client Service team. The senior associate will work closely with the advisory and operations teams, and most importantly, with Isthmus Partner’s many clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various internal team members to provide superior client service experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain client accounts on an ongoing basis for compliance, documentation, and data quality.
  • On-board new client relationships and system set-up per firm procedures.
  • Effectively utilize firm systems such as, but not limited to, portfolio accounting, custodial platforms, client relationship management and client portal to improve support capabilities and efficiencies.
  • Coordinating client meetings per client-specific documented frequency.
  • Prepare client meeting materials on a timely basis.
  • Analyze and resolve client service and/or system-related issues in a proactive manner.
  • Work with clients’ professional advisors (attorney, accountants) directly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience working in client support or client service roles, financial services preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personable, collaborative approach to work.
  • Initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great attention to detail in the process of fulfilling client needs.
  • Desire to grow and implement financial planning and investment knowledge.
