Prior to joining the Isthmus Partners team, Tess worked as a Trip Consultant at Trek Travel, facilitating and selling vacations of a lifetime. Tess brings a relationship-focused approach, drawing on her background in athletics, sales, and hospitality. Tess graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a degree in Consumer Behavior and Retail Studies, where she was also a member of the women’s golf team. Following graduation, Tess spent four years playing professional golf before transitioning into business.
